Warranty Policy

The following policy from date of delivery: The warranty does not apply to any part which has been repaired or altered outside our authorized service, nor which has been subjected to misuse, negligence, modified, accident, operated at a speed or load beyond rated capacity and if it has been used or maintained in a manner not conforming to the product’s instruction (read operators manual before use).Mitaco shall not be liable if the product fails due to damage from shipment, handling or storageUse of non Mitaco parts or any unauthorized parts and repairs will void warranty.

Product Warranty

Mitaco Pty Ltd materials handling equipment warranty is for a period of 12 months unless stated commencing from the delivery date of the product(s). The warranty covers the hydraulic pump, frame and handle(The warranty excludes wearing component parts such as bearings, seals, wheels, springs etc). 
We warrant to the buyer that all delivered products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship .In the event of any quality defect in the products, the buyer shall present preliminary evidence (such as pictures) to us. We shall supply spare parts for free if we acknowledge that the warranty defect may exist (but not without confirmation). If a service agent is called to asses the warranty issue and deems that it is due to warranty defects Mitaco will cover the costs, if the agent believes it to be due to misuse, damage or negligence then the customer will have to pay for parts and repair costs. However we shall not bear the expenses of any other costs, losses or damages in this case.
